Section 112
Create and enforce a code of conduct
(1) The local level may create and implement a code of conduct for its members and employees.
(2) In addition to other matters in the code of conduct according to sub-section (1), not to be involved in matters related to private interest or rights in the decision-making process, to adopt a transparent, accountable work process, not to misuse public property, to promote public manners and good governance, one another at the local level, province And respect for the working system and jurisdiction of the association should be included.
